Her team launched Eno in 2017 and has scaled it to more channels with a focus on machine learning-driven proactive and conversational experiences across email, Web, the Capital One app, and messaging.
She has more than six years of experience creating and managing breakthrough digital products and teams including social media, peer-to-peer communities, and digital assistants at Capital One and Samsung Mobile USA. She has an MBA from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business. Her passions include kickboxing, cooking, and getting the hang of parent-life with her husband, Greg, and daughter, Giselle.
